Form Configuration

Edit the form on Manage Forms page and select the Zendesk Integration Settings tab to access registration parameters.

Enable Zendesk Integration#

Enable or disable Zendesk integration for the form.

Customer Email#

Map Zendesk customer account email to the form email input.

note

If you leave at Default value the first found Email input type field will be used. If there is no Email input field in the form then the logged in customer email will be used instead.

Group#

Default Zendesk support group for the new tickets.

Priority#

The default priority for the new tickets.

Type#

The default Zendesk type for the new ticket.

Followers#

Zendesk followers for new tickets.

Tags#

Specify tags for new tickets. Tags should be separated with the new line.
