Pro Version
The free EU Withdrawal module handles the day-to-day: customers can ask to cancel an order, you can approve or deny it, and the right confirmation emails go out. That is enough for most stores.
Pro is one upgrade that adds five capabilities at once — the harder things that come up when something goes wrong:
- "How do I prove to a regulator that the customer actually saw our cancellation form before they bought?"
- "How do I give my customer a one-click cancel link in the order email so they don't have to type their order number?"
- "Six months from now, can I show exactly who in my team approved a refund and when?"
There are only two ways to run EU Withdrawal: the free version or Pro. Pro is a single upgrade — you don't pick and choose features, and there are no separate add-ons to buy. When you upgrade, all five capabilities turn on at once.
What you get with Pro
Each feature has its own page below with the full story — what you'll see, what your customer sees, and how it works.

When the free version is enough
The free version covers the legal basics. You probably don't need Pro if:
- You sell mostly inside a single country
- Cancellation disputes are rare and you resolve them by replying to the customer's email
- Only one or two people on your team handle cancellations
- You have not received a regulator letter in the past two years
When to upgrade to Pro
Consider Pro if any of these are true:
- You sell across the EU, especially to Germany, France or the Netherlands
- A customer has ever asked you to prove what they saw at checkout
- Multiple team members handle cancellations and you've lost track of who did what
- You're preparing for a compliance review or have already received one
- You sell downloadable content or digital subscriptions
How the Pro features work together
All five features activate together when you upgrade, and they're designed to complement each other:
- Receipt Verify and Annex I cover both ends of the contract: what the customer saw before buying, and what they got after cancelling. Together they answer almost every "show me proof" question.
- Audit is the timeline that Evidence uses to build each evidence file.
- Magic Link is the most visible to customers — they may never notice the rest, but they will notice this.
