Select values should be separated with new line. Use ^Option Text to check default.

Options format:

Site Admin <admin@mysite.com>
Sales <sales@mysite.com>

Use {{optgroup label="Option group"}}...{{/optgroup}} to create group of options. Example:

Apple
Banana
Mango
