Limit Customer Access

If you need to limit form to a certain customer group(s) you need to use Access Settings tab on the form edit page.

Please enable Limit customer access option and select the desired group you would like to use the web-form.

note

If you want to allow all registered users to access the form please select all customer groups in the list.
