Enable Form​

Enable or disable current form. The form will become unavailable in the frontend.

Name​

The name of the form.

Code​

A stable identifier used by scripts, integrations and embedded forms (layout/widget). Avoid changing it after the form is published.

Accept URL Parameters​

Accept URL parameters to set field values. Use field Code to map to URL parameter.

Survey Mode​

Survey mode allows filling up the form only one time.

Captcha Mode​

Enable or disable Google reCaptcha for the form.

Redirect URL​

Redirect to specified URL after successful form submission.

Display Form in Admin Menu​

Show web-form in admin backend menu under Web-forms section.
